An introduction and initial support for healing disordered eating and eating problems

Includes:

  • Free 30 minute discovery call and next steps discussion


  • 90 minute one-to-one Health Assessment and in-depth eating history.  This can be in person at one of my clinics, or online via Teams, Skype or Zoom.


  • 4 day food and mood diary assessment


  • Emailed summary of findings and recommendations for first steps to recovery


  • 45 minute one-to-one private consultation to advise, support and guide your breakthrough to understanding and begin the healing process.


  • Unlimited email, WhatsApp or text support during and 2 weeks following your one-to-one  support consultation

Following your in-depth health and eating history assessment, I will listen to help make sense of the problem and what may be  keeping the eating problem active in your life. Together, we will deal with fear of change and the motivation to recover alongside unhelpful or incorrect information about food, appetite and weight to start the process of healing, using safe and proven skills.

Specialised 1:1 Recovery Coaching

Following the Recovery Breakthrough program, additional or ongoing specialised 1:1 recovery coaching can be arranged, either as one-off sessions or on a regular basis.


My Recover and Thrive Program gives you the best possible chance for lasting change, however, a bespoke program with sessions set to your needs, goals and frequency, may be the way forward if you would like a more individualised approach.

Specialised ongoing recovery coaching sessions include:

  • Review and check-in from previous session
  • Guidance, advice and support for change implementation
  • Optional Life-Line Session (see below)

  • Encouragement to move at your own pace while feeling fully supported every step of the way
  • Collaborative mini-plans and goals following each session

Recover & Thrive Program

The Recover & Thrive program gives you the best possible chance to make long-lasting recovery from disordered and problem eating. The program consists of over 13 hours, or 12 weekly/bi-weekly 1:1 sessions over a 3-6 month period and includes the following:-


  • Initial Consultation  (120 min)
  • Life-Line session  (120 min)
  • Further 10 x 60 min 1:1 private, specialised recovery coaching sessions
  • Cognitive Behavioural Change & Self Reflection exercises and activities
  • Personalised Journal for daily logs, thoughts and learning
  • Email, Text and Whatsapp support between sessions (Monday to Friday)

 These sessions lay the foundation for your recovery. When you have a safe environment to talk through reflections and work through powerful coaching exercises, change takes root. We will develop collaboratively agreed-upon goals and actionable steps to take forward each week. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace and will be supported every step of the way. 

Cognitive Behavioural Change & Self-Reflection

 Working through tough thoughts “on paper,” helps strengthen your learning, while developing tools you can refer back to. Written exercises and reflections also add an additional layer of support and reinforcement and weekly feedback will be given to help foster your growth. You’ll also have a daily log to record your thoughts so you can work through challenges with me, as they arise.

Email, Text and Whatsapp support between sessions

 During recovery, it’s important that you never feel stuck when questions come up. By having email, text and Whatsapp access to your disordered eating recovery coach (Monday to Friday) you are constantly supported between sessions. You will always have someone there to talk things through, to overcome hurdles as they arise and to celebrate wins with you throughout the week!
